My global telecoms client is seeking a Quality Assurance Management expert for a 12 month based in Manilla, Philippines:
Experience required:
- More than 20 years telecom work experience in Full Turn Key project, familiar with FTK project end-to-end management
- Qualified with project quality management and can finalise the standard and process to ensure the quality target can be achieved
- Has the experience and capacity to build up a qulaity control team and guide their work with quality target
- Can comunicate with customer and CXO level smoothly and make agreements on the best solution
- Quality management expert with related certification
