Community Operations ManagerLocation: East Midlands
Rate: £350 - £400 p/d
Contract Length: 6 Months

Project Details: One of my NHS clients based in the East Midlands is currently looking to recruit an experienced Operations manager, with previous community or Mental Health Experience into one of their Healthcare sites, to manage the day to day running of the service.
The client is a multisite community organisation with a number of locations across the whole of the county, supporting the links between the acute organisation and their rehabilitation within the community. This is a pivotal role in ensuring that effective and efficient patient care is delivered to all patients across the geographical area that this site covers.
You will be responsible for managing the day to day running of the business unit, ensuring that high quality care is delivered to the patients, whilst targeting areas for development to ensure that the organisations corporate strategy is met.
To be considered for this role you must have the following experience:
- Experience of managing a community provider business unit at a senior level (Head of Clinical Services / General / Service Manager)
- At least 2 years' experience of operating within a Community or Mental Health Organisation.
- Clinical experience within Mental Health or Community Providers.
- The ability to deliver of transformation projects to meet corporate strategies.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced NHS manager to further develop their experience operating within Community and Mental Health providers, and to also be an integral part of the development of the organisation through a large period of organisational change.
