Service Desk Agent
Our client is looking for a Service Desk Agent.
Tasks:
- Second line engineer
- Service Desk integration
- Support of Legacy systems
- Local coordination of service desk/desktop management shared service roll-out project
- Reporting tasks
- Has to keep the things up and running mode (no changes)
Must have's:
- Citrix, VM Ware
- Environment: Windows7
Languages:
- French or English
Start date: ASAP
End date: 4 month contract with possible extension to 6 months
