Quality Engineer
I am currently looking for a Quality Engineer to join my highly reputable and globally recognised client leading the way in the following industries: Pharmaceutical, Healthcare and Medical devices! We are looking for an experienced Quality Engineer Specialist with a strong technical experience, who will contribute to the Supply Chain Projects, specifically managing supplier review and approvals and will be able to contribute to the company's Medical Device Supply Chain Quality initiatives.
Essential tasks:
. Contribute to the review and approval of all suppliers to that supply chain including participation in external audits where required
. Partner with internal and external Commercial Partners, explaining Compliance requirements related to supply chain processes
. Represent the Business Quality Team in Supply Chain projects
. Embed QMS management principles in the organization & drive continuous improvement
. Contribute to site audits from regulatory bodies, franchise and corporate audit teams
. Assist with establishing corrective & preventive actions to mitigate potential or actual non-compliance risk
. Contribute to site audits from regulatory bodies, franchise and corporate audit teams.
Skills, Experience & Abilities required:
. Quality/Compliance knowledge, preferably in ISO standards 9001:2008 and 13485:2012, European & National Good Distribution Practice, Post Marketing Surveillance of Medical Devices, pharmacovigilance as well as a good understanding of Quality Management System requirements
. Internal & Lead auditor qualifications are desirable
. A talent for leading a strong compliance culture.
