Roc Search's Client is currently recruiting for a Process QA Manager based in Prague, Czech Republic for a 6 months contract.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
This role supports IGM manager and other Project/Process Quality Manager for quality relevant topics for assigned processes and initiatives and proactively work with respective IGM manager and/or Business stakeholders to implement standards and policies for Information Governance and Management.
This role ensures that the quality of processes and deliverables continuously meet the specified corporate and regulatory requirements based on ITIL principles.
KEY REQUIREMENT
*Project management experience in IT
*Experience with producing Processes and other related documentation
*Understanding and knowledge of business processes in a global health care industry
*Experience in the validation of computerized systems
*Knowledge of IT Project Methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, others an asset)
