Description
My NHS client in London is has an URGENT REQUIREMENT for a Band 6 Continuing Healthcare Nurse Assessor for a 3 month contract with the view to extend.The nurse assessor will be a Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse who has worked in Community.
You will be expected to:
- Be a Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse.
- Report caseloads following assessments.
- Travelling to GP Practices doing quality assurance.
- Report caseloads understanding the patients needs and finding placements based on the assessments.
You will not be administering care.
