Description
Senior Compliance Advisor- Corporate Finance- LondonSenior Compliance Advisor required with Corporate Finance experience for one of the leading Investment Bank based in London to come on board and assist them with a Compliance Programme.
This will initially be a 6 Month Contract. The role is offering up to £650pd for the right candidate and you will be based in the City of London.
Key Responsibility
- Provide advice and support on compliance and regulatory matters to front office businesses within corporate finance.
- Undertake Compliance Risk assessments
- Development and implantation of compliance policies
To be considered for this role you must have the following:
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
- An Experienced Senior Compliance Advisor
- Extensive Corporate Finance background
- Strong understanding of ECM- Equity Capital Market
- Strong Understanding of DCM- Debt Capital Market
- Extensive MAR- Market Abuse knowledge
- Good understanding of Corporate Banking products- e.g.- Syndicate loans/ Bonds
- Regulatory Background
- Strong Stakeholder Management Skills- Front Office
- Ideally will have a top tier Investment banking background
MUST HAVE
- Corporate Finance Background
- Compliance Advisory Background
- ECM/ DCM Knowledge
Rates £650pd
