Compliance Analyst - LondonMy client, a market leading Organisation are looking for a Compliance Analyst to join their current team on an initial 3 month contract.

The role:
-Plan and conduct end-to-end General and IT internal audit reviews at ******* entities, obtaining thorough knowledge of the in-scope systems and processes under review including:
-Testing and documentation of work performed;
-Prepare and issue audit reports at the end of each visit, taking ownership for agreed responses with appropriate management;
-Make recommendations to improve the control environment; and
-Follow-up and monitor the Group entities remediation efforts to address identified deficiencies.
-Document and test head office General and IT controls for J-SOX in-scope systems and processes and co-ordinate the J-SOX review for in-scope the Group entities.
-Take ownership of General and IT audit issues, providing first point of contact for external auditors and IT stakeholders on IT control issues.
-Liaise with external auditors on General and IT J-SOX and statutory audit reviews.
-Develop and maintain excellent relationship with key IT stakeholder across REMEA, and provide awareness on IT risks and controls.
-Deliver quarterly and/or ad hoc reports to the VP Group IT on the audit activities undertaken and status of implementation of agreed action plans.
-Assist with the drafting and implementation of REMEA IT policies and procedures from an advisory point of view, and monitor compliance with policies through audit assignments engaged in.
-Assist in the performance of IT fraud investigation and any other ad hoc duties as and when required
