I am looking for a SWAT Expert (Rollout Solution Specialist)
Job Purpose:
- Bring the Program expertise for the implementation of the solution in a country or for a specific Business Unit
- Configure the solution as agreed with the country/BU while promoting the global solution
- Support Project Manager and all the transversal functions involved in the rollout (Data Migration, IM Transition, OCM, etc.) with Program expertise and advise them on best practices.
- Transition knowledge to teams involved in the run mode
Main Accountabilities/Measured On:
- Customer satisfaction of the configured solution delivered to the business
- Delivery of all the configuration documentation linked to country/BU rollout
- Following the Rollout Approach defined within the Program
- Collaboration within the Program Team, especially with Product Team, OCM and SDM
Stakeholders:
- Country business experts
- Country local IM experts
- sWAT Lead (Project Manager)
- sMEs of Program Product Team
- Technical Experts from Program SDM Team
- sWAT Experts from other programs
- Service Desk Lead
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
Rollout tasks
- Promote the solution and positively show its benefits
- Understand the local business needs in term of configuration.
- Challenge the needs if they cannot be implemented easily by proposing alternatives
- Liaise with the Product Team if some needs would require an evolution of the product.
- Configure the solution according to the needs of the country/Business Unit that were agreed with them and the Project Manager
- Test the configuration to ensure it answers the needs
- Facilitate the translation of the solution in case of a new language to be implemented
- Support the Data Migration from Legacy system with expertise about the solution data model, business rules and loading tools
- Support the OCM Team with expertise on the solution configuration
- Set up and maintain the Training Environment needed for the initial training before rollout, according to the needs agreed with the business
- Support the testers with expertise on the solution during Business Acceptance Testing phase
- Support the Cut Over team with expertise on the solution
- Actively participate to the Early Life support
- Share best practices learnt from previous rollout
Program tasks
- Apply the rollout approach and participate to the documentation of it
- Suggest improvements to the rollout approach to promote efficiency in line with cost and delay control
- Participate to Sprint demo and planning to keep updated with the latest evolution of the solution
- Help the core Program team understand the country/Business Unit configuration

- Decide on configuration options
- Advise the SWAT Lead (Project Manager) on configuration and rollout options to find the best suitable solution

Professional & Leadership Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the IT domain (consulting, development, functional design)
- Proven experience in the configuration of Salesforce, with deep understanding of the Salesforce administration: sharing and security, user management, data administration, email administration, single sign on, outlook connector
- Data migration preparation and execution experience
- A Salesforce Administrator or Sales Cloud consultant certification is an advantage
- Basic project management skills
- A good knowledge of the Sales Domain is an advantage
- Experience in working within a Global company is an advantage
Education & Training
- University degree preferably in a business or technical subject or any comparable education
- Good knowledge of software development methodologies using Agile, Scrum and Waterfall
Minimum Requirements:
- Willingness and ability to travel within Europe and beyond
- Good to excellent command of English.
- Any additional language is an advantage especially French
