SC Clear Field Service Engineer - Inverness
We are currently recruiting for a SC Cleared Field Service Engineer to cover the Inverness area, on an initial 3 month contract.
The successful engineer will be involved in supporting various clients with technical issues, the key skills are as follows;
- SC clearance is a distinct advantage
- Field break fix - PC's, Laptops, printers and retail hardware, a good exposure to Retail EPOS kit,
- Providing 2nd Line Desktop Support
- Assisting in Migrations and implementations
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to desktops and laptops
- Set up and configuration of new laptops and desktops
- Troubleshooting and resolution of software & hardware issues
- Engineer will be expected to use own Laptop and Smartphone.
