Leading global pharmaceutical require a self motivated and highly organised, Operations Manager with strong knowledge of IT operating models and executive level presentation.
Major accountability/deliverables:
Senior Level Operations Management
- Daily Senior Level Operations Management tasks ranging from TechOps IT Budget Management, data crunching/analysis of IT Costs and presentation to Senior Management, service costing
- Overall TechOps IT Head Count management, HC tracker management,
- Leadership Team objectives tracking, LT organization, preparation of materials, managing LT agenda, preparing stakeholder management material (ITLT, TOC)
- Managing Executive action requests from CIO Office.
Stakeholder Management
- Senior Level Stakeholder Management
- Executive Support Management
- Strategic level thinking and analysis
For the data crunching piece you would need to have a good understanding of how to manage different data sources in Excel efficiently but more importantly understand which analysis provide managerial information.
