Quantity SurveyorOur client, a global leading telecommunication company are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their business in the United Kingdom.
Position Title: Quantity Surveyor
Position Type: Contract
Start Date: March 2016
Duration: 3 months rolling
Location: Greater London area

Responsibilities:
- Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the partner and/or the client
- Undertaking costs analysis for project work
- Identifying, analyzing and developing responses to commercial risks
- Preparing and analyzing costs for tenders
- Valuing completed work and approving of payments
- Understanding the implications of health and safety regulations
- Providing advice on contractual claims
Qualifications:
- RICS or CIOB accreditation
- 5 years minimum experience within construction
- Good knowledge of construction within the Telecommunication industry
- Experience and knowledge of network deployment and delivery projects
- Experience of working with blue-chip clients
- Professional structured approach to working on own initiative
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of working in a multicultural environment
- Experience of managing sub-contractors
