For our Client in portugal we need a Senior Technical Consultant with OSS-RC ericsson experience
(Ericsson OSS-RC is a MUST)
OSS RC System engineer/Backoffice Service Engineer - Ericsson OSS-RC
main duties
providing ongoing customer support: OSS-RC
trouble-ticket management, and escalation to higher levels of support according to SLA.
Emergency handling and creating root cause reports/incident reports.
-day-to-day activities include collecting and analysing traces,
troubleshooting problems occurring on the live network using Ericsson
proprietrary tools and Wireshark protocol analyzer(customized with additional
protocols).
Hardware support for the several platforms including Sun Sparc,Sun
x86,HP x86 ( rack mounted and blade).
Software support and administration of the Solaris OS, SUSE Linux, Symantec SFS and Clusterware, Veritas FS.
Database administration of Sybase ASE, Sybase IQ, Oracle 11g and Versant ODB.
-Software loading, configuration, integration, verification, and troubleshooting of existing solutions on a customer site using Ericsson
products, 3rd party, or customized packages.
eg deploying OSS-RC/ENIQ on new hardware platforms
Blade with common NAS series.
