Description

A growing, Higher Education Institution are currently recruiting for an experienced Stude nt Records Manager, on a 3 - 6 month interim basis.The post will work closely and constructively with senior academics to develop new models and ideas around curriculum assessment and record keeping and build on the Institution's reputation.

The Key responsibilities of the post will cover:

-Promoting and developing best practice in record administration, ensuring up-to-date processes with both organisational and sector benchmarks for faculty, departmental, and programme assessment activities.

-Developing policy options, support for policy development in support of the strategic plan, and communicating and monitoring the implementation of the strategic plan.

- Provide leadership and effective management of records, and business processes - including administrative involvement in admission, enrolment, examination and assessment arrangements, conferment and other general related administration, ensuring accuracy of data.

-Key point of contact with the Registry and Administration for matters relating to External Examiners and co-ordination of our communication and their involvement in institutional activities from nomination to departure.
