Network Service Manager - LANWANWLANFirewallITIL

Leading global organisation require a Network Service Manager to manage the transition of networking services on a long-term contract.

You will be responsible for:
- Service Management activities associated with Global LAN Services and Global WAN Services with existing connectivity service managers and strategic partners.
- Escalation Management, driving resolution of complex issues, consultation with customers regarding network requirements
- Working with coordinators and project managers to continue to drive and contain scope of in-flight LAN service requests and customer projects

Requirements:

- Past experience in WAN and LAN Engineering (routing, advanced switching)
- Demonstrable track record in successful Service Management within ITIL Environments
- Experience in project management (infrastructure)
- Management of global teams
- Technical liaison between customer (SIM/OM) and providers.
