For a project until the end of year at our client, an international banking company in Zurich, we are looking for an experiencedIT Business Analyst - Financial Reporting / DWH (3639)
In this interesting role you will be working on the implementation of a Wealth Management application for global financial reports within the bank, including set up / changes and the sourcing of correct data. Essentially we are looking for a solid BA with experience in finance / accounting and good database / data warehousing know-how.
Your qualifications:
- Profound banking knowhow and/or financial and management accounting know-how
- Excellent database (SQL, Oracle) and data warehousing knowledge
- Relevant experience in requirements engineering
- Ability to analyse complex systems; fast learner needed
- Understanding of business architecture
- Experience in defining test cases (document) and evaluate the test case results / UAT & regression tests
About the role:
- Information gathering activities such as surveying, analyzing and evaluating processes, products and services, by using a variety of internal and/or external data
- Determining required solutions and assisting in implementations
- Documenting as is and to be processes and business requirements documents
- Supporting project management tasks in the areas of quality control and project management
- Coordinating the work of more junior analysts
- Test the software and ensure software quality.
- Provide post-implementation and production/business support
- Process documentation
- Business requirements documentation
- Recommendations for improvements, solutions and respective implementation plans
