Description
This Compliance Officer Will:
- Be reporting directly to MD level (divisional Head of Group Compliance)
- Sit on the advisory side of the Group
- Will be primary point of contact for complex queries from EMC side of business.
The essential skills and experience for this Compliance Role are:
- "Inside Out" Knowledge of Equity Markets from a Compliance perspective (Primarily Cash and Derivatives)
- Knowledge of legislation, Mifid/Mifir, market abuses etc.
- AT LEAST 4 years' experience providing end-to-end advisory in equities BAU roles
- Experience of training FO in ECM Compliance
This is a BAU role with scope to go perm.
