I am currently looking for an experienced Complaints Handling Specialist to join an amazing financial services business in the heart of London.
The role is based in a modern office with superb facilities working within a great team and an innovation focused culture - its a long way from a traditional financial services set up!
In this role you will be handling the full complaints life cycle, investigating historic cases and providing efficient and compliant resolutions all in line with FCA guidelines.
Skills and Experience Required
* Complaints handling experience in regulated environment across numerous areas
* Degree level or acceptable level of formal education and experience
* Overall knowledge of the FCA handbook and how to apply it
* Excellent MS Office skills including strong Excel
* Excellent written skills and attention to detail
