Senior Service Desk Analyst/Senior Support Analyst - Contract - London - Legal
£200 - £230 per day | 3 months
I am currently working with a top 10 global law firm to find a Senior Service Desk Analyst to work on an initial 3 month contract. This will be focused around Windows 10 and Surface Pro.
Our client are currently going through a roll out of Windows 10 and Surface Pro to users across the firm and need someone to start ASAP.
Key responsibilities:
- Acting as an escalation point for all unresolved issues or queries.
- Following all processes & procedures as details in the best practice guide.
- Monitoring Senior Service Desk call lists to ensure all calls are being dealt with effectively and according the service standards.
- Contribute and chair Senior Service Desk team meetings. Actively share information and knowledge with all members of the team
Essential skills:
- Windows 10.
- Surface Pro 4 expert & Surface Pro 4 Login with corporate accounts rather the users using MS Logins.
- Windows Hello - facial recognition.
