Wayleave Officer
My Client, a leading Engineering Services consultancy based in Cornwall are urgently seeking an experienced Wayleave Officer to join their team for a minimum of 6 months with potential for extension. This is a full time role working 45 hours a week- 7:30- 5:30 PM and alternate weekends.
Previous experience of working within a Wayleave role is highly beneficial along with previous experience of working within farming or agriculture.
The Wayleave officer will be responsible for visiting farming sites and other private land to make land owners aware of Pilon installation and ensuring that full customer service is provided throughout the process.

- Able to work within a team.
- Liaising with grantors in person and over the phone to give notice of when teams will need access and listening to grantors if they have concerns or complaints.
- Making sure teams are following the correct access arrangements.
- Working with National Grids land and development team
- To be able to help produce documentation.
