ITIL Process Consultant - Belgium &/or Luxembourg

Skills and experience:
- A degree at Bachelor or Master level
- Proven project management experience (minimum of 8 years)
- ITIL V3 Process Expert or proven experience
- An affinity with ICT infrastructures
- Proven experience in managing outsourcing, migration and consolidation projects/processes
- Very good knowledge and understanding of the different ITIL processes and associated delivery models
- Excellent interpersonal skills especially communication and presentation skills
- Able to plan, execute and monitor process delivery
- Enthusiastic, pragmatic and self-managing
- Proven track record of collaborative working across service lines and cross delivery units
- Able to direct, support and advise all levels of customer up to and including the sponsor
- Able to use a process framework, analytical tools and reporting to direct, monitor and evaluate progress and change
- Understands and has demonstrated the use of methods and techniques for the assessment and management of risk
- Demonstrate knowledge, experience and excellence within the specific area of Service Management
- Have influencing skills and personal presence to make representation at the highest levels both externally and internally, formally and informally, establishing confidence and respect both for the functions represented and as an individual
- Builds long-term relationships with high level internal colleagues
- Broadly skilled in information and communications technology
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral), with experience interacting with all levels of management both within Company and Customer organizations'
- Ability to work independently and take decisions where necessary
- Successful delivery against commitments and deadlines
Description of work:
- Investigate current status by reading existing documentation per ITIL Process
- Workshop to understand current level of maturity per ITIL Process
- Write proposal for updates per ITIL Process
- Workshop to validate the proposal per ITIL Process
- Update process description (eg scope, RACI, roles, swimming lanes) per ITIL Process
- Train 100 employees per ITIL Process
