Description
Exciting new contract role open for an OSP Implementation/Project Manager to work for a Market leading telecoms client based in Conakry, Guinea. The ideal candidate must be eligible to work in Africa for at least one year and must be a fluent French and English speaker. Duration of project 6 - 12 months - competitive rates on offer.
Key experience:
Able to represent the client to negotiation with other clients;
With ability of maintaining public relationship with high level government officers;
Over 25 years OSP implementation experience, especially on telecom civil work, over 15 years OSP project management experience;
Multinational management experience;
Familiar with project implementation process, with familiarity of transmission device is preferred;
Major on Telecommunication or civil engineering;
Native/fluent French speaker;
Able to speak English and good multi-culture communication skills;
Able to work in Africa at least one year;
