Position: Financial ControllerLocation: North London
Salary: £ per day
Contract length - 3 Months minimum - Immediate start
ROLE:
Reporting to the Director of Resources, you will manage the day to day running of the finance function and assisting in the year-end process. Responsibilities includes production of management information, completion of statutory and regulatory accounts and returns, managing transaction process
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You will be responsible for preparing the consolidated statutory accounts and monitoring annual budgets and forecasts, with excellent financial control skills, strong commercial acumen and the ability to work at a senior level.
- You will be assisting with the Year-end process and will have interaction with internal and external auditors
- Experienced in working in the social housing regulatory environment, you will ensure returns and reporting requirements are met and that value for money is central to their business.
- Delivering an efficient year end process, ensuring a clean audit and FRS102 is fully embedded
ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
- Housing Association Experience.
- FRS 102
- Upheld a Head of Finance, Chief Accountant, Financial controller position
- Qualified Accountant
