Improvement Programme ManagerLocation: East Midlands
Rate: £350 - £450 p/d
Contract Length: 3-6 Months

Project Details: One of my NHS clients based in the East Midlands is looking to recruit and experience programme manager, with previous experience in delivering service redesign across multiple specialties within an acute organisation.
The successful candidate will have previous experience of managing and delivering complex service redesign programmes, incorporating cost saving and quality improvement. You will also be required to manage a team of project managers, and provide support to other programmes of change within the organisation.
You will be required to provide consultancy services to the Transformation Director and other Programme Leads, as well as fortnightly reports on the progress of each project within your remit, leading all projects through the complete lifecycle, from project definition, planning and delivery and change management.
To be considered for this role you must have the following experience:
- Acute NHS experience
- PRINCE2 knowledge
- Proven experience in complex organisation working on projects that involve operational change
- Evidence of working sensitively and effectively in a professional and diverse environment
- Evidence on delivering on large scale redesign programmes
