ERP Project Lead
An exciting opportunity has become available with Hudson's client based on the outskirts of Glasgow for an ERP Project Lead. The project involves standardising quote to cash, finance and procurement processes across all business units and office's located across several countries.
Key duties of the role include;
- Manage on time completion of all deliverables, meeting agreed quality criteria
- Provide regular status updates to Project Managers, highlighting any risks and issues
- Work effectively with project colleagues, including business process owners, business analysts and ERP partners
- Develop training system strategy and present to Project Delivery Team
- Manage key business activities with the implementation partner
- Organise and host training events at the start of UAT stage
Experience required;
- Proven track record of leading and successfully delivering end to end training exercises
- Experience of working on a business change projects with ERP experience
- Strong background delivering system based training
- Experience of quote to cash finance processes knowledge essential
- Experience of dealing with over seas subsidiaries
