Our Client is looking for a
Change Manager
The environment:
A high focus on business service availability makes the IT change management process - and in particular the launch process - critical for the IT services
It is key to maintain the balance between the need for changes and the potential side effects of changes.
The goal:
Assure mitigation of the risks of negatively impacting the stability or integrity of the production environment
Your role:
You'll assess, accept and coordinate the deployment of changes across the group for the different IT environments on a daily basis in collaboration with change requestors.
You will manage demands coming from different stakeholder departments and will ensure changes are clearly documented before the associated risks are assessed and a business approval is requested.
Your Profile:
- Experience in supporting large and critical IT environments is required.
- Previous change management experience.
- Adaptable
- Decision taker
