Description

My client has an immediate requirement for an Interim Investment Operations Manager to lead and manage their in-house operations team. Your key duties will be to ensuring timeliness, accuracy and continuation of service to their third party partners. You will provide support across all business levels and ensure that the operations team work effectively together to deliver the strategic objectives of the department.

Key areas of responsibility are:

  • Understand and comply with the current and relevant regulatory requirements and ensure processes are completed in line accordingly.
  • Provide leadership and direction to ensure departmental and site specific projects are developed in line with business objectives and that implementation is successful.
  • Ensure that departmental controls, checklists, policies and procedures are adhered to.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure queries are resolved and responded to within a timeframe and manner sensitive to the urgency of the event, thereby ensuring that internal/external client satisfaction is maintained.

You will be expected to have a high level of knowledge of process management within a regulated financial services environment and ideally gained within an asset management, platform or third party provider.
