Contract/Customer Manager - Luxembourg

Languages: ENGLISH only

Skills and experience:

  • Knowledge of contracting trends, licensing models, and traditional and emerging contract models
  • Ability to understand contract risks

Description of work:

  • Transition of finance related activities
  • Negotiating contracts and contract changes, eg contract extensions (with a focus on the agreement and its schedules and/or corresponding attachments)
  • Monitoring, analysing, reporting, forecasting and escalating specific contract clauses (penalties, incentives and option years) and ensuring their execution
  • Understanding, accommodating and translating into the contract the requirements of the end customer and ensuring that the contract also meets the service provider's needs
  • Supporting, as needed, the implementation of contract changes to the schedules or attachments that the end customer proposes, to ensure that they are within guidelines
  • Developing and implementing a review process for legal documentation
  • Managing contract activities throughout the life cycle of the agreement with the end customer, as well as related agreements with all subcontractors
  • Ensuring that the service provider and any of its service providers (and subcontractors) adhere to all the terms and conditions of the Agreement and its Schedules
  • Renegotiating changes to the contract, including scope, service levels and pricing as the case may require
  • Financial follow-up and reporting, P&L responsibility
