Onsite Mac Support Engineer
We need 2 onsite supporters throughout an upgrade project, mainly to be based onsite in Billund, Jutland/Denmark.
The project duration is 4-6 weeks. From week 17 or 18 onwards.
The ideal candidate for this role, should have the following skill set;
- Knowledge of MACs in an Enterprise Environment
- Knowledge of Network/Storage
- Knowledge of the terminal
- Experience with Adobe programs (from the IT side)
- Knowing the Casper Suite/File Wave and similar technologies
- Certified by Apple
- Good people-skills and the ability to "see through" Mac users' problems
- Good communication skills are essential
- Fluent Business level English
