Description
Working for one of the Leading Teleco Vendors on a Global Transformation and Integration Project with a Tier 1 Operator. 5+ Years experience within the Teleco Market is essential. The role requires you to ensure business leads and users are supported throughout the project and all business impacts from the new functional solution and business processes are understood. You will analyse the customers' business and conduct business impact assessments to ascertain where high and low level changes will be.
Key Requirement:
- BSS Experience is essential!
- 5 years experience as a BA at an enterprise level

- This will require someone with experience at a business level all the way through to operations.
- Experience working on the Fixed Line Telecommunications
- 3-5 years' experience in guiding clients through the identification, analysis and mitigation of business impacts from major system implementations.
- Has led similar activities in a large complex multi-disciplinary environment.
- Must have hands on BA experience.
- Must have an extensive Teleco background, having ideally worked for both vendors and operators previously.
