Description

Our client a large investment bank in London are seeking a Client Service Manager to work to together with relationship managers, product sales and key internal stakeholders to develop their clients current service solutions.

The key focus of this role is that the candidate will own and take full accountability for the global service experience in support of a designated portfolio.

The candidate must have:

  • Client Service Management experience
  • Investment banking experience
  • Treasury experience
  • Liquidity experience
  • Asset class knowledge
  • Strong communication skills
