Ericsson VoLTE RF Consultant
We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company to support their project in China.
Position Title: Ericsson VoLTE RF Consultant
Position Type: Contract
Start Date: June 2016
Duration: 12 months initial

Responsibilities:
- Summarize the most effective actions of resolving multi vendor RF problems for Ericsson IMS VoLTE network.
- Resolve common KPI and quality issues, to establish various thematic multi vendor optimization capabilities and documents (Ericsson IMS VoLTE network).
- In-depth analysis and comparison of various types of multi vendor tools.
- Analyze and elaborate the advantages and disadvantages of various tools and develop the multi vendor tool configuration guidance.
- Guide 1st line to configure multi vendor tools set Ericsson IMS VoLTE network).
- Support project delivery in China or abroad.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- At least 9 years RF planning and optimization experience.
- At least 3 years of recent experience with Ericsson VoLTE IMS network.
- Clear comprehensive and reasonable network planning ideas - network strategy, medium-term and long term traffic forecasts, capacity and coverage solutions, network planning.
- Capability to lead a network planning and optimization project, or with the experience in key roles on some related projects.
- Capability of significant projects management and senior customers guide, active communication and leading role in a group.
- Familiar with peer vendor's equipment, with the capability to implement the network planning and optimization of peer vendor's network independently.
- Familiar with the capability of technical optimization support for the Ericsson VoLTE equipment.
- Fluent in English.
