Service Desk Analyst - 3-6 month contract - North London
A leading brands company based in North London are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join on a 3-6 month contract. The ideal Service Desk Analyst will have:
- Experience of providing 1st and 2nd line helpdesk support
- Wintel experience
- Good Windows 7 skills
- Strong Microsoft Exchange 2010 skills
- Apple Mac experience
The successful Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for:
- Answering and logging calls
- Reporting any problems to an IT consultant
- Reporting to an IT Infrastructure lead
- Providing support to 2000 global users
