An exciting opportunity to work with one of the leading UK Banks on the launch of their brand-new retail bank has become available in Edinburgh. Our client is looking for a qualified accountant that has broad experience in Financial Planning & Analysis and also a background in financial services.
The ideal candidate would also have the following skill set:
- Good experience in business performance reporting
- Accountancy degree or formal qualification
- Strong communication skills - possesses the ability to build relationships with colleagues and occasionally engage effectively with senior stakeholders
- Has the ability to distinguish critical business needs and therefore prioritise these accordingly
- Forward-thinking; able to pre-empt and anticipate possible business issues.
The ideal candidate would also need to be a self-starter with a keen eye for detail.
