Pay rate: £13.48 (INCLUSIVE HOLIDAY PAY)
part time: 20 hours per week (Mon-Sun 6pm-10pm)
Duration: 6 months

As a Senior Fraud Agent, your skills and qualifications will include:
- Knowledge of systems and procedures operating within a contact Centre
- The ability to analyse complex queries and make informed decisions
- Previous experience working in a customer service, high volume administration role.
- A willingness and ability to learn
- You will have previous experience as working as part of a team
- You will have developed an understanding and knowledge of the Financial Services markets and the products, services and the customer of the business area being supported
