Job Title: Senior Fraud Agent (part time)

Location: Coventry

Pay rate: £13.48 (INCLUSIVE HOLIDAY PAY)

part time: 20 hours per week (Mon-Sun 6pm-10pm)

Duration: 6 months

As a Senior Fraud Agent, your skills and qualifications will include:

  • Knowledge of systems and procedures operating within a contact Centre
  • The ability to analyse complex queries and make informed decisions
  • Previous experience working in a customer service, high volume administration role.
  • A willingness and ability to learn
  • You will have previous experience as working as part of a team
  • You will have developed an understanding and knowledge of the Financial Services markets and the products, services and the customer of the business area being supported
