Description
Summary:- Position is located within the Marketing department. Marketing is in charge of showcasing energy efficient programs. In total there are around 12 different programs, which include child safety programs and tree trimming programs.
- Marketing also has some responsibility for Research and analytics.
- This specific role will support the Charitable contributions organization about 30% and will assist in the fulfillment of grant requests using Asset Suite 8.
- This position will be responsible for supporting key marketing managers with their projects and events.
- This position will be responsible for event logistics and may be require to work outside of office hours due to these events.
- Position will also work with ad agencies and print vendors to make sure they have the appropriate materials and information to complete projects
- Position will require some proof reading
- Experience with MS Office is a must
- Manager has a preference for candidates with an Associate's degree or higher
- Candidates should have 1-3 years' experience in a supporting role within a corporate environment, as well as an interest in Marketing
- Candidates can also come from an ad agency or event management background.
