Description
ITPS Engineer required immediately for a 6 month contract based in the Middle East. You will carry out day to day monitoring of the ITPS system and ensuring that customer accounts are updated, monitoring financial transactions, coordination with the CRM team to handle queries. Monitor the e-payment gateway and web interfaces to ensure high availability, creating weekly or monthly financial reports for the management and finance. The ideal candidate would have at least 4 years of relevant experience in an IT environment.
