Position Title: CEM Senior Service Marketing Manager
Position Type: Contract

Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility and participation in marketing work about CEM service products and solutions, including market insight, offering requirement, market planning, marketing operations, sales support, joint innovation and other related work.
- Participate in the study and analysis of CEM trends, competitor’s situation, new business model and Go-to-market strategy etc.
- Participate to CEM related services solution to develop marketing materials, pricing, sales enablement, Go-to-market execution and market feedback quality analysis.
- Practice and support typical customer initial project or customer event.
- Brand and event marketing activities, such as organizing exhibitions, forums, big event, seminar etc.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in communications, computer or related, more than 6 years experience of ICT industry.
- More than 5 years’ experience in data analytics or market insight.
- Familiar with the organization and work process of operators.
- Experience in global top IT companies such as Amdocs, HP, IBM, Accenture, Cisco and etc.
- Widely and deeply insight to the business trend in digital transformation/big data.
- ITIL or eTOM knowledge’s know what and practice, certificated is better.
- Strong strategic and logical thinking, good communication and teamwork skills.
- Fluent English, C level interfacing, good presentation skills.
