Connect44 are looking to fill the role of Customer Care Representative. It is on a contractual basis in the location of Reading. It is working on shift basis of 4 days on 4 days off - of 12 hours per shift.
The role is working for a leading Telecoms company and offers great opportunities to work for a globally recoginsed brand.
All applicants must be located within a commutable distane of Reading.
All applicants must have an EU passport or a Valid UK Visa.
ROLE:
Taking calls and emails from end customers regarding faults on their network
Log all tickers on the trouble ticketing systems fir engineers to pick up and start the fault resolution
Ensure tickets are responded to within the set SLA's agreed between our client and end customers
