Incident manager

One of our Leading Global Tech clients is urgently seeking a Incident manager for a long term contract paying excellent rates

Start Date: ASAP

The Incident manager will ideally have the following skills:

  • Responsible for all IPC processes during operations and will drive the service integration function
  • Understands standards and processes required for customer and implement/refine the processes
  • Drives all incidents occuring at Apoteket
  • Will coordinate with offshore IPC team for Change and Problem management activities
  • Manage service support and service delivery activities in-line with ITIL best practices
  • Identifies opportunities for service improvements and assist teams to execute service improvement initiatives
  • Swedish speaking resource for coordinating any incident or discussion at onsite along with onsite SDM
  • Languages Swedish and English
