Market Researcher - Customer Insight
Bristol Based - With occasional travel to Nottingham
£150 - £200 Per day - 6 Month Contract
I am currently looking for a Market Researcher based in Bristol on a 6 month contract. My client, a well-established company, is for a hands on Market Researcher.
The main roles and responsibilities of the role are:
- Tool- smart survey, run the programme, running the reports, analysis of findings, liaising with internal clients within own directorate
- Outline proposed questions guides. Obtain approval before issuing questionnaires via smart survey.
- Attending internal management meetings, reporting to stakeholders, and on occasion interviewing stakeholders in a formal setting to explore new ideas and strategies.
- Uses a hands on approach to manage projects from initial brief through to final delivery.
- Undertaking market research to provide relevant data and feedback in support of project objectives.
- Collecting, analysing and interpreting data to identify patterns and solutions, including surveys and focus group transcripts.
- Using market knowledge to identify risks to work programmes and to seek mitigating action by the team as required.
- Using market awareness to help support the implementation of communications campaigns.
- Supporting colleagues in the customer team on other ad hoc requests.
Experience Required for the positions:
- Good communication and people skills essentials
- Stakeholder interaction and reporting essential.
- Public sector experience desirable
- Previous experience working in an in-house research function helpful.
