Description
Immediate contract requirement for an experienced ITSM Consultant to work a long term contract in Dublin City Centre. ITIL Certified, Project Manager with strong IT Governance and Security experience.
You must have demonstrated experience in IT Governance and Service Management with excellent project management capability and leadership skills.
You will report into the Head of IT and will work closely with IT Service team to plan, implement and embed a customised fit for purpose solution across IT Governance, Service Management and Security policies and procedures.
Your role will be to assess and document IT governance, service management and security requirements with working with key stakeholders across IT, HR, Risk, Finance, PMO etc. Review IT best practice frameworks and benchmark existing IT Policies, address gaps and meet requirements.
Assess existing IT audit issues and develop a resolution plan to roll out best practice frameworks.
Project Manage the implementation of IT Service Management.
Produce policies and procedures across IT Governance, Service Management, Security Management.
Skills required:
At least five years experience as an ITSM Professional.
Proven project management skills.
Ability to elicit and document IT Governance and Service, Security requirements.
Proven track record working in medium size enterprises.
Ideally experienced in the Irish public or semi state sectors.
Experienced in implementing IT Policies based on recognized standards for example COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001, ISO 20000.
Excellent communications, relationship management, stakeholder engagement skills.
