Solution Architect - Call Centre, Omnichannel, Digital

A large telecommunications company is urgently seeking a strong Solution Architect to lead the digital and future call centre transformation. We are looking for someone with a strong knowledge of Call Centre technologies such as Jacada, IVR/ACD/Call routing, Omnichannel and digital architecture and a very good understanding of telco domains and environments. English speaking only.
