Commercial Contracts Manager - Project Manager
Commercial Contracts Manager/Project Manager with proven experience of working with sales support and marketing teams to project manage current and pipeline implementation launches. Supporting the end to end process for customer contracts, ensuring contracts are effectively implemented.
The project manager needs to have prior experience of implementing bids and tenders and supporting contract negotiations.
Key Responsibilities:
To work with sales support and marketing teams to project manage current and pipeline implementation launches with specific focus on large scale implementation
Facilitate and work cross functionally with finance, sales, operations and legal to standardise the service offering and contractual terms during the implementation proces
Contribute towards the implementation strategy for tenders and bids
To ensure all contracts are implemented effectively and post implementation reviews take place
Provide progress reports for ongoing implementations and temperature checks
To be able to provide other project management responsibilities, providing weekley status reports etc.
