Our Web chat advisor's deal with customers via live chats. They are responsible for achieving specific sales targets and maximizing sales opportunities
Place and/or receive customer inquiries. Maintain broad knowledge of products, pricing, promotions, and procedures. Ensure excellent service is delivered to our customers. Meet sales goals and other Key Performance Indicators (&lsquoKPIs&rsquo)Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer. Answer billing questions. Strong communication and negotiation skills required. Ability to remain calm under pressure.
Strong PC and typing skills required Ability to learn and think conceptually
Able to rotate shifts / weekends, as and when needed&bull
We are offering a basic salary of £14,806-£15,912 with OTE potential of £18,000 - £22,000 plus excellent company benefits . There&rsquos also an abundance of team nights out, parties and charity events to keep you entertained!
