Job Description:
Minimum Requirements:
- 3 - 5 years' experience deploying software to Servers and/or workstations.
- Knowledge of software deployment tools (including SCCM, Tivoli Endpoint Manager, PsTools, McAfee ePO)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Server and Desktop operating systems (Windows 7, Windows 2008 server, Windows 2012
- server)
- Ability to upgrade software and deploy software/OS patches on a continuous and timely basis
- Customer service centric; able to trouble shoot issues, answer questions and respond timely to customer requests
- Quick learner and detail oriented
- Ability to work independently or with team members
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication to convey technical issues to non-technical people
- When necessary, initiate the documentation of software issues and or updates
- Participate in daily meetings concerning deployments/implementations
- Other assigned duties as necessary
- Must have excellent customer service skills and be very detail oriented. Ability to handle stressful situations with a level head.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policies.
- Experience administering applications in a Citrix (terminal services) environment.
- Familiarity with Citrix Provisioning.
