Main Responsibilities:
- Provide installation support on hardware and software for office user
- Provide solutions on technical related problems in the office
- Establishing procedures and policies for the maintenance of hardware and software.
- Maintenance IT room in Shanghai office
- Install, configure, manage wide range of technologies including Linux Servers,DBMS, Load Balancers, etc.;
- Create and improve monitoring scripts;
- Provide outstanding professional service to customers in the offices;
- Manage, backup and troubleshoot all types of Internal systems;
- Create and update accurate system documentation;
Qualifications:
- At least 2-year experience in system Administration, IT support;
- Familiar with network technologies and tools;
- Knowledge in Linux OS and Linux troubleshooting tools
- Able to work in multi-cultural and fast pace environment;
- Ready to take on responsibilities and able to work independently with minimum supervision;
- Can work under pressure and be able to work extra hours if duty requires;
- Willing to be available and On-Call to provide critical support to our 24x7 team;
- Nice to have but not a must:
-- Familiar with JAVA operations;
-- LDAP and security engineering;
-- MongoDB basic administration;
- Fluent English and native Mandarin
