Description
This role will be a long-term contract, offering the successful candidate exposure to client-facing responsibilities while also administering a global enterprise network on a day-to-day basis.
The candidates' responsibilities will include:
* Daily support of a global network
* Carry out project work assigned to meet specific requirements
* Carrying out the functions of a virtual team environment while also working well as a sole contributor
* Be comfortable in a client-facing role
* Supporting AT&T products
The ideal candidate will have the following background:
* CCNA Certified
* Be comfortable with an on-call rotation policy
* Experience with Cisco hardware, eg routing & switching, LAN & WLAN
* If possible, some experience with Infoblox, Net Terrain and/or Vital Net
* Experience with routing protocols including RIP V1/V2, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP and Fabric Path
* Experience working with Juniper technologies and Ariba (would be considered a plus)
