My client is a well-known high street brand looking for an experienced Salesforce business analyst. The role involves the implementation Salesforce Service Cloud.
The successful candidate will have prior experience working on full life cycle Salesforce Service Cloud project, have strong stakeholder management skills and be diligent in their approach to documentation.
As Salesforce Business Analyst you will have experience:
*Hosting client workshops and gathering requirements
*Managing Stakeholder Expectations
*Working on a Salesforce Service Cloud implementation
*Doing high quality documentation
*2+ years Salesforce experience
*Strong analytical and soft skills
