We are working with a well known financial services provider on a fantastic opportunity for an In House Commercial Legal Counsel to ensure that the company exercises due diligence and sound internal controls as well as protecting against legal risk. Based in central Bath you will be working for a company that provides excellent progression opportunities and values employee engagement.
As an Internal Legal Adviser working closely with the senior management team you will be responsible for legal support across a broad range of issues including contract management, fund management and risk & compliance.
We are looking for candidates who have:
- 2 to 4 years legal experience
- Experience of reviewing and drafting legal documents
- Experience of advising employees on legal and regulatory issues
- Legal Qualification
